Last I knew, which was last year, although KACI has some sort of low-power night authorization, their AM 1300 does sign off at 7 p.m. 
Probably just as well, since they're very low power at night, and when KKOL gets back to full strength, KACI-AM won't be pleasant to listen to unless you're pretty close to the transmitter.
