[IRCA] KXMR-710

KXMR has been underneath KIRO-710 this evening since local sunset on 
all antennas here.  Was able to get it dominant over KIRO using two 
Flags phased against each other, though the null needed chasing.

Twins baseball,  a local ad or two, and an ID after the news at 
midnight Central time.

It's been awhile since I've listened to this channel...is this 
particularly unusual in this part of the world?  I haven't heard it before.
