Since you say there is no high speed provider nearby, I guess you are after
dialup?  Do you have any way of getting unlimited long distance?  That often
can be found by looking at different telephone providers.  If you can get
unlimited, or at least very cheap long distance, I can give you a free email
account through my BBS, Chowdanet.

I don't really have any way of doing internet access, so I can't offer web
browsing.  Just email.  You're welcome to it, if you want.
