[IRCA] WAMG al low power?

WAMG-890 in Boston is noticeably down in power.  Normally they are equal to
WCBS-880, which is about .5 mv/m in the Providence area.  They are way down
from that, and weren't audible at all for a time yesterday.  So, those of
you around here may have an easier time slicing out Algeria at sunset.

WALE-990 is still off, though they could come back at any time.  I had a
conversation with one of the owners recently, and he mentioned the site is
fine, and they're just waiting for some paperwork issue to be resolved.
