Indeed so. But note that KLIB's owner, Multicultural, is one of several 
broadcasters who have petitioned the FCC for a waiver of the five-year 
rule to allow them to sell their existing-band signal to a "small" 
owner. So KLIB, along with WJCC, WHWH, KYDZ and a few others, may yet be 
back.
