[IRCA] Dallas 1540

Looking for a little help with this one. I heard a station from the Dallas area this morning on 1540 at SRS with what sounded like East Indian format. Ad for an Indian restaurant with announcer bouncing back and forth between English and Hindi?, ad for a rock concert featuring Indian artists coming up in the Dallas area, then into what sounded like Indian music by a female singer. Is this KZMP with new format from SS Religious? If so, same call sign? Also, does anyone have an address for the station so I can try for a QSL?
