Re: [IRCA] Off topic /Computer monitors

I keep slapping my hands trying to refrain from typing a spate of bad jokes that will likely get someone irritated at me.

In lieu of poor taste, I will say that the only thing I buy at Walmart are the loss-leader DVDs that they sell at $5.50 each, and peanuts to munch while I'm watching the movies.  Its true they bring jobs to the communities they serve, but they aren't terribly wonderful to their employees and a new Walmart usually means several long-time businesses that are trying to make ends meet no longer have a chance.  Not to mention that the majority of the profits do not stay in the community but instead go to Bentonville, Arkansas.  I'm gonna stop there.

By the way Patrick, AVG is a good choice.  If you go looking for Spybot, make sure you specify "Spybot S & D" in your Google search.  Many products that are supposed to take care of spyware and malware take care of almost everything BUT the ones they plant on your computer so that you will then buy their premium product that gets rid of the one their free one left behind.  If you're on 28.8, you won't even be on the radar of people looking for zombie hosts, so you're relatively safe there.  As you're new to computers, if you have any questions, send them to me (or other computer literate folks) off-list and I'll be glad to help.  They likely will too.

I'm a locksmith. I will take all of parking lots where people lock their

parking lot?
