[IRCA] Move of CHNS-960 Halifax NS to FM (89.9, 100kW) approved by CRTC

The move of CHNS-960 Halifax NS, to FM (89.9 MHZ, 100 KW)
has been approved by the CRTC:

CHNS, which went on the air in 1926 with 100 watts, is the oldest
currently operating station in Nova Scotia. They are relayed
on shortwave (CHNX, 6130 kHz) - I wonder if this will continue
when they move to FM?
