[IRCA] KCKN is in!

APR 3 0230 EDT - KCKN Test
Code, then sweep tones heard again at 2:30. Not as strong as when the same
was heard at 0217. Appears to be a mix of oldies and country, but laregly
buried under KDKA.
1000 and 500' wires, with Quantum Phaseer are bringing it up through KDKA.
