If you want to talk about your suggestion, that's fine, but please use the
regular channels. You're not doing anyone any good posting your comments here,
as not everyone is an IRCA member and has an opinion or can act on your
suggestion. Use the DX Forum in the DX Monitor (send to Rick Evans at (address
in DXM) for that) or contact the IRCA president or one of the BOD members via
their e-mails (from the latest issue of DXM).
