[IRCA] DX Tips of WDXR

Conditions on the upper frequencies remind me of what they were when I
put in the beverage back in 1984. 1590 is a total mumble jumble mess,
Southern accents, Black Gorpel, oldies, C&W, talk, All news, you name
it. Amazing cx tonight. Put the A & K down and DX is everywhere.

1560    WPAD     KY, Paducah, good and dominant with ESN Sports at S9+,
harly a sign of KNZR, ID at 0459.55 EST 3/30 "WPAD Paducah", Back into
ESPN Sports. (PM-OR)

1590   KVGB    KS, Great Bend, finally an ID in the jumble "This is The
Talk Of The Town, KVGB Great Bend" At 0559.55 EST, 3/30. (PM-OR)

1590   UNID, A "Very" Southern accent, giving weather forecast at 0605
EST 3/30, with a low of 55 and a high of 70. Calls were given, but lost
in the dozens of stations hrd on 1590. (PM-OR)
