t1190 XEPP MEXICO, Orizaba,Ver, quite possibily the SSer heard
with KEX off, of Tropical mx and many "Puros Exitos" IDs, peaking rather
nicely, but weak at times, then lost is IBOC hash. Noted IDs at 0400 and
0500 EST 3/29. No call ID noted though. I thought I had XEWK at first,
but the IDs did not match, and XEWK is generally a lot stronger. XEPP is
listed as 250w at night. (PM-OR)
