Wellll, there's a het, sometimes even audio traces at dawn if the DX 
gods are feeling generous, but that's Japan.....a couple of solar 
cycles ago, a couple of us out here heard Arabic on the  channel in 
the evening, so Algeria seemed likely.

It's surprising that Spain is so good on that channel there, as EMWG 
has it as 10 kw..
