[IRCA] VOA Okinawa 1178

Hello,

 

JOUB 774 kHz in with English lessions at 1025 UTC with fair signal.  With the A index being 26, kind of surprised  I can even hear them.  I probably have only 30 to 40 stations verified, but I do have VOA Okinawa 1178.  Also have Radio Belize, lucky I have it since they have no more MW stations.  Was able to raise the EWE elements from 15' to 20' with the help of 4 chimney rods.
