[IRCA] QSL for State # 49

After 37 or so years of "listening to static," as my wife would put 
it, I have received a QSL for State # 49:

1640	WKSH	(Radio Disney)  WI., Pewaukee sent a date/frequency letter 
in 48 days for a report taken in a parking lot on

the truck radio. Included 2 stickers for return postage and address
