Well we got everyone's rain this year. 143 days without rain in Phoenix.
Then today they got it in the form of snow. I heard for the weather year
Oct-Oct, we are 60+ inches now. About normal if we did not get anymore
rain. So we will be above normal by the end of Spring. We got 40 inches
of it from Dec 15 to Jan 30 this year. A wild Winter to say the least!
