Yup. Strange wx for this time of year, yet I guess, since it is still
winter..... People somewhere are starting they're gardens, but not ME!

You know. The aerial photo they sent me of Nome doesn't have a speck of snow
in it. I would have expected to see the town sitting snow shelf all year
long. I do believe that your correct though and that Nome doe's get the
fluffy precipatation in great quantities.
