[IRCA] TP's and Snow

Very good TP morning here today. 8 stations with weak to good audio. Woke up to 2 inches of snow on the ground.VOA Thailand 1575 kHz has been a powerhouse here lately.  Noted at 1330 UTC and 1430 UTC with VOA ID's.  The jammer signal on 1053 kHz was new here, sounded like someone shaking a long piece of sheet metal.  At 1400 UTC a tone was added by the jammer, then when off the air.  The station that was being jammed was much weaker and not noted after the jamming stopped.  657 kHz PR Korea was in with fair signal, only heard a few times this DX season.  Conditions this morning reminded me of Sept.-Oct. period.
