[IRCA] logging this night - CFGO

Thanks to Dave Williams, I now have CFGO-1200 in the logbook.   A 
frustrating hour (half listening while I worked on other things) of sports 
talk battling it out with nulled WOAI, and occasional touches of Hindi from 
KYAA.   But an Ottawa hospitals lottery spot raised the spirits, and I now 
have a pretty good "Sports Radio, the Team 12 hundred" ID recorded from a 
minute later, all happening just after 0600UT.  This using the trusty one 
meter square tuned indoor loop and the R8.
