I heard what I assume was a Cuban on 910 at about 0350 UTC
this evening, since I think I heard “Cubana” mentioned and the
signal was looping toward Cuba. I’d just like to know who it was. Would
anyone be willing to listen to the rather crumby recording and let me know who
you think it is? I can send as either a .wav or mp3 file … just let me
