Was listening to WPSB when in Birmingham earlier this month. The format, I
believe, will do quite well.
Although I liked the Classic Country on WZZK-AM, our surveys showed I was
probably the only person listening to it when I was down there.
The format makes more sense, since the 1320 at night has signal problems
once you get outside of the Birmingham city limits. There isn't much of a
market for Classic Country in a black city. Their nighttime primary
coverage barely makes it down to Homewood.
