[IRCA] WHAM 1180 in OR (+ others)

The band has really opened up to the E in the past hour with WHAM
1180 in at 2206 PT (0606 UT) with a WHAM 1180 ID into Coast to Coast
AM (currently running about 3 seconds ahead of KOFI). (Hi Scott!) New
logging.

WLS, WGY, WCKY, WTAM, WLW all noted as well - these are not always
"in" here. WGN way over KDWN at times. WBBM oddly weak given what
else is in.

Another new logging is 700 KALL North Salt Lake UT at 2125 PT with
"Hot Ticket 700" and Fox Sports Radio.

Noting that Walt in BC has actually had audio on Tahiti-738, going to
turn my attention to the West now.
