[IRCA] TP this AM?

Might be worth checking the dials this morning in western North 
America....lots of carriers, especially at the low band.  English lessons 
on 774 are very clear at 1358UT.  ("learning Spanish can be a mental 
stimulant as you advance into ripe old age")
