[IRCA] 810 ZNS3 Back on the air.

After being off air since at least 2/10/06, 810 ZNS3 Freeport, Bahamas, was 
heard back on the air today at 9:00 am ET, Feb 15, 2006.

As when last heard, the ZNS3 (C6B3) 1kW signal is in strong here at S9+30 
or better, and with good audio.  There is no apparent change in the signal, 
for better or worse, which might have resulted from or been the reason for 
the down time.

I'll be listening for comments regarding the outage and pass any along.
