[IRCA] KEVT-1030 DX Test

DX TEST

1030  KEVT  AZ Cortaro  2/6 @ 0215 Not heard. 
Aside from (presumed) WBZ with talk, the only 
thing heard was a het against WBZ - 1030.8 or 
perhaps 1030.9 --- can't be exactly certain. 
Logging doesn't look promising....looks like I'm 
in one of their major nulls, if I'm reading the map correctly. (MH-NC)
