[IRCA] RW Beacon

i had him again tonight around 0025 Z. very weak, almost inaudible. my`
backyard random wire is only about 15m long so it is a minor miracle to
hear him at all. ive built him a SWL card on a picture postcard of
mudvilles historic steamboat "The Belle of Louisville."
