A silent period would really be nice.  In 48 years out here on the coast
I've only heard 5 stations on 690 + the JJ on 693.  Tijuana, Vancouver,
Prineville, Honolulu (in 69) & a Cuban (67)...Tijuana/Vancouver manage
to really clog the frequency.  At least with XETRA in SS I can tell who
is who.
