[IRCA] Wobbler...1100...again!

If anyone had any doubt, the Wobbler on 1100 -- Radio Cadena Habana, 
Havana, Cuba -- continues yet again today, all day 1/30/06 and into the 
early morning.  It is Xtreme and no doubt widely heard across the U.S. yet 
again.

This is the strongest, most long lasting Wobbler heard in the year long 
period I have been making daily checks of this phenomenon.

Wobblers have been traced to various Cuban stations,  and one or more are 
active every day.  However, the usual Wobblers have never been this 
extreme, or persisted.  The 1100 Wobbler has been going all day long as 
heard here in southeast Florida, for well over a week -- except when the 
station has suddenly left the air in the midst of violent excursions on two 
occasions.

If this is just Cuban malfunctioning equipment, they are reaching new 
heights of incompetence, or things are simply out of control.

If you've not heard it, you're missing quite an event!  Whatever it is, it 
might be audible where ever you are!
