[IRCA] KJPR and KMJC

Sorry if this is of limited interest, but FWIW:

In response to an e-mail query, Jefferson Public Radio
says KMJC-620 "should" be on the air and KJPR-1330  is
on and "testing the signal to determine how we will
power the transmitter (it is now on a generator)". 
KJPR is not meant to replace KMJC.  And that's the
news from the various Shastas.
