[IRCA] KKPZ DX Test

Happy to say I logged the KKPZ-1330 DX test here in
North Alabama, in the 0800-0900 UTC timeframe.  Good
conditions the the West this morning.  Heard several
instances of tones, plus one CW ID.  Weak, but
definitely there.  

Since I figure I've got a better chance of hearing the
1640 station in the future, I decided to concentrate
on the 1330 test.  So, no log of KDZR-1640 here.
