[IRCA] KKPZ test in NE Oregon

0029-0030 a.m. PST , morse code sending "KKPZ PORTLAND OR", then immediately 
into long low-pitched tone, followed by highpitched tone at 0032 PST 
(currently sending). Medium to strong signal dominating the channel.
