[IRCA] KDZR 1640 / KKPZ 1330 tests (status 1/29 0005)

It's 1/29/06 00:05 local time and I show nothing on either 1640 or 1330 ...
and I'm perhaps 5 miles from the transmitters ... Could be a missed date or
time. Or the test may be late.
