Am copying RW right now; poor level, 0315 utc. I asked him to slow down for 
the folks who aren't proficient at code, and he did! At this speed you could 
write down the dots and dashes and decipher it later! It's really slooooow! 
There's an approximate 20-30 second pause before the message repeats.
The precise frequency tonight is 479.814 kHz. Remember if you're using a 
Drake R8 series radio, that the display does not show the true frequency 
you're listening to if in CW mode. In CW mode, 0.5 filter, tune to 479.14 to 
be able to receive the RW beacon.
