With a 100 Ampere-hour AGM deep-cycle battery, and assuming a current
draw of 5A, you wouldn't drop below 12V until about 15 hours of use,
you'd drop to 11V after 20 hours.
It looks like the drake only draws 2A on DC, so the run time would be
extended (perhaps as high as 40 Hours, but that's an interpolated
guesstimate), though you'd likely have a few accessories going at the
same time.
The discharge vs. voltage curves for various battery technologies are
really quite different. Using the right battery for the job (and making
sure you really have what the salesman says you have, battery wise) can
make all the difference in the world.
