189 has been relatively decent all evening here, with weak audio first noted 
at 0145 utc, continuing to now, 0531 utc.

Far East Russia with Radio Rossii also now, on 153, 180, 279. 153 and 180 
are in sync; 279 is several seconds different, all with same programming.
