Les,

It is almost certainly what you heard.  I listened to WRHC on
Saturday evening and heard the same WWFE 670 ID.  Close as I am, I
know it was WRHC because I was listening to both of them at the
time.  

I was trying to determine if they were carrying the Radio Republica
broadcast that is purportedly carried on both WRCH and WWFE from 11 to
midnight Eastern, Saturdays.  It would seem they simulcast more than
just that program.
