The signal seemed to get stronger around 12:40AM
here, almost pegging the S-meter on the HQ-180A. Still fighting atmospheric
noise and fading. Heard a quick ID between 12:55 and 12:59.
I'll send you a CD Patrick. I wonder if the noise
is due to the auroral conditions. KAVT is slightly stronger
than KFSG-1690 Roseville.
