[IRCA] KAVT - 1680 Test

         The test will be a no-go here, as I'm 
heading to bed. Random checks this evening of 
1680 have yielded bits of a R. Disney station 
(presumed WDSS, but who knows?), WLAA-FL and 
WTTM-NJ, with Spanish language programming, dominating the frequency.

         Sorry Patrick, but thank you for 
coordinating the test. Will check in the AM to see how things went.
