[IRCA] stations on 1610

Les; of course Padre Herman's CHHA in Toronto is on there. its in here
pretty good at times in Spanish. sometimes French QRM from the other one
in Montreal. i had forgotten them until recently and thought the
Caribbean Beacon might have returned. i exchanged e-mails with Herman
and sent a couple reports without any reply. he or his people stiffed me
on the bucks for return postage. shame, shame Father! i sent him a
prepared card and another buck the other day and i will pray. RCW
