There is CJWI in Montreal that's been on 1610 for
quite some time. Also, up until a year or so (?) ago,
KALT from Texas was still on the air on this
frequency. They have been silent since, and
DX-Mideamerica.com's Ex-Band listings have shown their
status as planning to return as religious station.
