[IRCA] 780 KKOH Reno

Hi All,
Is something going on with KKOH? I have some kind of weird singing behind it 
(NNW/SSE), but I have the audio quality cut down by a sharp filter.

Also, just caught WBBM for the first time! Plus just heard a sweep tone go 
up and then come down a couple secs. later.
