Re: [IRCA] 1314 peaks

Been going over the propagation monitoring program files for the last few 
days, and find that the best peaks here from 1314 have been all over the 
place in the evening:


Jan 10 0349UT  8dB over noise
Jan 11 0049UT  5 dB over
Jan 12 0734UT  12dB over
Jan 13 0022UT  8 dB over
Jan 14 0239UT  11 dB over

presumed local sunrise peaks were also seen on Jan 10 (0817) and Jan 13 (0742).
