[IRCA] France 162

162   FRANCE, decent signal at times with man in FF, some interludes of
music, but terrible static. We have gusts of wind of 65 MPH as I type
this, a typical Winter Oregon Coast storm, at 0515 1/13. New for me.

Also weak audio on 153 and Russian on 180, and something on 189.  The
vertical does well on LW TA's.  Only a carrier noted on 1314 though.
