[IRCA] Format Change WKY - 930

[Mike Hardester <DX4EVR@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

         According to both "The Oklahoman" and the "TMCNet," WKY - 
930 switched formats this past Monday (9 January) from news-talk to 
Spanish language (simulcasting KINB FM 105.3).

         If this was already reported, my bust - just came across 
this by chance.
