[IRCA] TA MW from the WCNA

Contiinues to be a very nice evening, although not a lot of audio, but plenty of carriers.  It's been interesting to watch Norway on 1314 fade up to semi-local (they have Elvis Presley's "Are you Lonesome
tonight?" on right now at 03:15 UTC) and then fade right down into the mud over the course of one to two minutes and then fade up again.  Man that ionosphere is interesting!  Ever
