Re: [IRCA] Quantum phaser vs MFJ 1026

I don't have the MFJ unit for comparison but I have been using the Quantum
Phaser for a while now and do not see the signal degradation you seem
to. I can steer my antennas from one signal direction to another without
any apparent signal loss, choosing which of multiple signals I want to
hear. Nulling one signal does not null others, with care the nulling is
quite precise.
It may be a matter of antennas, no way for me to know, but I can say the
Quantum Phaser definitely works for me, and I know others have spoken
highly of the unit.
Craig, you posted earlier about the +/- switch causing loss of your "B"
antenna. If that hasn't been fixed then I would suspect any problems you
are having are because of whatever is causing that. That certainly is not
how my phaser works.
I would suggest contacting Gerry Thomas at Radio Plus+ Electronics about
these issues. He is a MW DXer with a lot of experience, the designer of
the Quantum Phaser and very helpful.
