Air America web site had nothing on 740.  A Google search turned up OBSOLETE references to WMIN/Hudson WI.  Subsequent info showed they switched to sports in 12/05.  Maybe you got what I have been getting lately...people with XM/Sirius and Part 15 transmitters in their car.  The same Ford Explorer found me twice in one week in different locations.  I was jumping through hoops trying to ID a station before they went away, and it was the (^#$% Ford Explorer.  I remembered his license plate the second time.
