[IRCA] Classical Music on 1314 kHz.

Hello,

 

Classical music heard at 0514 on 1314 kHz signal still weak, but signal not fading as much.  If you need Germany you might try  1323kHz around 0515 UTC.  Have heard VOR 3 times this season around that time.  Signal does not hang around very long though.
