I have an unID on 1700. In Creole French (that is
to say, it sounds like Creole French). Nice signal at 1644 EST, about S-5.
Giving WEVP in Huntsville, AL fits.
Wonder if this could be that pirate, that boys
in the northeast have been reporting from time to time?
OR does Canada have a station on 1700
now?
Any ideas?
