[IRCA] DX update from northern DE - Was Huge UNID Spanish sta on 1130 over WBBR

The ID from Steve Francis appears to be correct.

DX update from northern Delaware:

A new one thanks to John Cereghin of Delaware. Let’s hear it for the ‘First
State’!!

28-Dec-05 || 2258 local || 1130 khz. || WLBA || 10 kw day || Gainesville,
GA || End of song, brief 'Deck The Halls' instrumental then ID: "WAOS
[unintelligible, presumably Austell] – WXEM, Buford – WLBA, Gainesville,
Georgia." Followed by 'La Favorita' slogan. || New with WBBR phase nulled.
Clearly cheating since they’re listed as a 10 kw D1. A 584 mile catch.
